**Description**:
An exciting opportunity at Snowden Racing is available for an experienced Foreperson/horse educator to join our team at our Randwick stable.

We require a strong and motivated team leader to manage the day to day running of one of our stable barns consisting of 25 horses.

We are situated in a prime location being 10 mins from the CBD, Bondi beach, Coogee beach & other coastal suburbs. Public transport is on our door step.

The successful applicant must be a competent horseman/woman with a strong passion for the Racing Industry.

The position is full time with early morning starts and rostered afternoon & weekend work.

**Responsibilities include**:

- Administering equine drugs & understanding of the rules of Australian Racing;
- Understanding and evaluation of the horse’s health and check for injuries;
- Monitor each horse’s nutritional needs and diet, recording eating habits;
- Organising staff in your Barn.

**Essential Skills**:

- Minimum 3 years experience within the Racing Industry as a Foreperson.
- Experience handling & educating young horses.
- Excellent communication & time management skills.
- Previous experience saddling on race days.
