**The Venue**

A restaurant fit for its vista, **mimi’s** reflects our deep connection to the coast. Its dining room looks like it’s been plucked straight off the European coastline, with its impactful arched windows framing a view that changes with the seasons and the tide. Drawing on this, executive chef Jordan Toft presents a menu with a unique sense of place and a Mediterranean soul.

The stunning open kitchen concept is a chefs dream with a separate pastry kitchen, purpose built to create an elegant, mature bread and pastry offering reminiscent of European techniques infused with a hint of nostalgic Australian flavour.

**The Role**
Working alongside our experienced pastry team that is driven by creating special and memorable dining moments. Your passion and dedication to baking will propel you forward as part of this motivated, professional team, we are looking for:

- 2-3 years’ experience working in a bakery or restaurant producing bread from scratch.
- A good knowledge of baking and pastry techniques that can be executed to a high and consistent standard.
- Well presented, calm under pressure, organised and can follow direction
- A passion for creating fresh artisan breads for a bespoke dining experience

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $73,000.00 per year
