**Application Requirements**:
**Certificate III | Diploma and ECT**
- Full Time | Monday to Friday, 38 hours per week.
- Part Time | 2 to 3 days per week, 8 hour shifts.
- Casual hours are welcome to apply.
- **Certificate III** in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- **Diploma **in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- **ECT**, Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care. _Working towards ECT are welcome to apply._
- Identify and respond to children and young people at risk (**CHCPRT001) **or be willing to obtain.
- Provide first aid in a childcare setting (**HLTAID012**) or be willing to obtain.
- Current Working Rights.
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check (**WWCC).**:

- **Highly Desirable**, proven experience **Room Leaders** and **Responsible Persons**.

**Application Requirements: Chef**
- Excellent time management and organisational skills.
- Experience in shopping online & stock management.
- Ensuring safe practices for handling, preparing, and storing foods.
- Understanding and ability to accommodate both cultural and medical dietary requirements.
- Actively support the organisation’s philosophy, policies, and procedures.
- Cert III in Commercial Cookery or equivalent.
- Safety in Food Handling Certification.
- Current Working Rights.
- Valid NSW Working with Children Check (**WWCC).**:

- **Highly Desirable**, Experience working in an Early Learning Centre.
