Gold Coast, Australia Marine Online (Singapore) Full time

**Location: Hope Island**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Perform regular cleaning and upkeep of the house.
- Open the house periodically to ensure good ventilation.
- Operate air conditioning and other appliances as needed to maintain the property.
- Oversee basic garden maintenance, including trimming and tidying.
- Prepare the house before the owner’s arrival and maintain it during their stay.
- Report any maintenance issues or repairs required.
- Coordinate with external service providers (e.g. gardeners, cleaners, repairmen) when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience as a housekeeper, caretaker, or property attendant preferred.
- Responsible, trustworthy, and able to work independently.
- Basic English communication skills. Mandarin will be a plus.
- Must be legally eligible to work in Australia.
- Local Driving License is required.
