**Responsibilities**:

- Greet and assist customers, providing a warm and welcoming environment
- Act as a liaison between customers and the automotive technicians, ensuring effective

communication and understanding of customer concerns
- Listen attentively to customer inquiries, problems, and requests, and provide accurate

information and guidance
- Conduct vehicle inspections and accurately document customer concerns and vehicle

conditions
- Provide detailed service recommendations and estimates, ensuring transparency and

customer satisfaction
- Schedule appointments, coordinate with the service team, and ensure timely completion of

services
- Maintain a high level of customer service throughout the entire service process
- Provide assistance in marketing for the growth of the business, including social media platforms

**Qualifications and Experience**:

- Experience as an Automotive Service Advisor or similar customer service role within

the automotive industry (Not Essential for automotive experience but the ability and passion to learn and broaden knowledge is key)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with

customers
- Excellent problem-solving and organisational abilities to handle multiple customer requests

efficiently
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a high level of professionalism and customer focus
- Proficiency in computer systems and software relevant to the automotive service industry
- Valid drivers licence and good driving record
