**About the Role**:

- Understanding, implementing and adhering to all Applications Support and IT Strategies and processes
- Applications include:_
- Project Pack (Proprietary Software)
- Project Cost Reporting (Proprietary Software)
- Collaborations Systems (Aconex, ProjectWise, etc)
- SharePoint
- ServiceNow
- Others.

**About You**:

- Tertiary Certificate or equivalent experience in administration.
- Construction/Engineering Systems knowledge is desirable.
- Understanding of the Software development lifecycle and user support.
- Understanding of key Project Management principles and concepts.
- Intermediate to advanced computer literacy skills.
- Understanding of quality, compliance and process principles and concepts.
- Certificate II, III, IV in Business Administration.
- Understanding of Software Development Methodologies and concepts.
- Knowledge of compliance and reporting procedures and processes and leadership in the communication of requirements.
