**Little Wings Limited** is an Australian not-for-profit organisation dedicated to supporting seriously ill children and their families in regional and rural areas of New South Wales (NSW), the Australian Capital Territory (ACT), and Queensland (QLD). The organisation provides free, professional, and safe flight and ground transport services, ensuring that children can access specialised medical treatments available only in major cities.

We are currently looking for full-time Content Creator (Marketing) to join our team.

**Roles and responsibilities include**:

- **Plan, develop, and organise integrated advertising and digital marketing campaigns** that support Little Wings’ fundraising, community engagement, and service awareness objectives, aligning creative output with strategic organisational goals.
- **Advise executives, board members, and campaign managers on content and advertising strategies** to effectively reach target audiences, raise consumer awareness, and promote the unique mission and services of Little Wings.
- **Coordinate all stages of multimedia content production,** including scripting, shooting, editing, graphic design, and sound design for social media, websites, television, and fundraising events, ensuring all campaigns are delivered on time and within budget.
- **Lead a small content team,** overseeing the day-to-day direction of visual storytelling, assigning tasks, mentoring junior creatives, and maintaining consistent brand identity across platforms.
- **Conduct and commission market research** to identify new opportunities for brand exposure, supporter engagement, and corporate partnerships. Collect and analyse audience and campaign performance data to inform future strategies.
- **Create, schedule, and publish multimedia content across social media platforms and websites** (including Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, and the official Little Wings site) to build brand awareness and increase audience engagement.
- **Monitor and report on the performance of digital marketing initiatives,** using tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and campaign dashboards to deliver real-time insights and inform content optimisation.
- **Recommend and implement updates to digital content and websites** to improve SEO, user experience, and overall performance. This includes enhancing metadata, improving video integration, and ensuring mobile responsiveness.
- **Maintain consistent branding and narrative alignment** across all marketing and public-facing materials, ensuring messaging reflects the values and goals of Little Wings while complying with relevant regulations and ethical storytelling practices.
- **Support organisational growth**by aligning content strategies with fundraising calendars, donor campaigns, media outreach, and stakeholder engagement plans.
- **Foster a data-driven and collaborative creative environment,** encouraging continual improvement by reviewing analytics, gathering feedback, and refining processes based on campaign performance and supporter response.

**Skills and Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's Degree or Higher Qualification

**Experience**:

- 1-year minimum experience as a Content Creator or a related field.

Pay: $77,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
