**Home Caring Pty Ltd** is a private registered NDIS and Aged Care provider and a leading national team providing in-home care support with the highest standards of care. - We are currently seeking outstanding and passionate Support Staff_ who have the experience to work with a high needs client based in Banora Point. We offer suitable applicants training, career growth and and flexible hours. **Your Role**: Supporting a female client with personal care, must be able to use mechanical lifters (hoist/sara steady). Client has Cerebral Palsy and Personality Disorder. **Domestic Assistance**: The role includes but not limited to personal care (showering/dressing), continence support, assistance with meals, assistance/ administer insulin with diabetic clients/ assistance medications, documentation and shift notes, use of hoist, wheelchair advantageous. Domestic duties (laundry, housework, cooking meals) **Social Support**: In addition, Support Worker will assist in implementing client-specific programs to help these individuals accessing support to build social skills and recovery. - **Please be aware to be considered for this role you will need to obtain your NDIS Screener Check and completed the NDIS Worker Orientation Module "Quality, Safety and You" to support compliance with the NDIS Code of Conduct.**_ Applicants must address the qualifications, knowledge and requirements for this role. **Essential Requirements**: - Current Drivers License (mandatory) comprehensive insurance and willingness to drive in the course of work. - NDIS Screener Check (replaces yellow disability card) - WWCC (Blue Car/Vulnerable Card) - National Police Check First Aid and CPR (must be 12 months validation) - Certificate II or III in Disability, Individual Support, Nursing or related field from accredited recognised provider. - Covid vaccination evidence including the Booster **Job Type**: Casual Pay: $33.80 - $95.00 per hour Expected hours: No less than 20 per week **Benefits**: - Salary packaging Schedule: - Afternoon shift - Day shift - Evening shift - Morning shift - Rotating roster Supplementary Pay: - Overtime pay - Penalty rates Licence/Certification: - NDIS Screener Check (required) - Australian driver's licence (required) - First Aid & CPR (preferred) - Australian National Police Check (preferred) Work Location: In person
