We are currently recruiting experienced Mechanical Fitters to join the team in our great teams across Australia: WA (Greater Perth), NSW (Greater Sydney), VIC (Greater Melbourne), QLD (Rockhampton)
- We offer a competitive base salary in the range between AUD80,000 and 95,000 depending on the skills and experience. Overtime is paid at penalty rates on top of the normal rate. A lifestyle shift roster with a compressed week (9.5 hrs per day - 4 days) is available by agreement._

**Tasks**
- All aspects of all makes and types of Gearbox/ Power Transmission equipment overhaul
- Strip, clean, Inspect, repair, and establish root causes for Industrial power transmission equipment with minimum supervision
- Ability to maintain the workshop in good working order, including equipment and clean workspace
- Occasional travel/site work may be required
- Willingness for learning and development including OEM training

- **Mechanical Fitter Trade Qualified**:

- Safety conscious with thorough understanding and compliance to work safety standards
- Technical Ability to read engineering drawings and workshop measuring equipment
- Ability to manage workload with results-driven attitude
- Basic computer skills
- Dedicated, reliable, and ability to work in a team
- Good communication skills
- **Desirable skills**_
- Previous customer service skills
- Experience with WIND turbines
- Ability to mentor TA’s
- Gearbox Testing
- High-risk work license, FLT, Dogging, and Rigging, otherwise training will be given where needed

Pay: $80,000.00 - $89,000.00 per year
