Oasis Chiropractic is growing, and we’re on the lookout for an exceptional Office/Practice Manager to join our passionate and high-energy team We are a family-oriented, wellness-based chiropractic practice located in the heart of Inglewood. Our vibrant, all-female team thrives in a fun, fast-paced, and well-organised environment—and now we’re searching for a dynamic leader to help take us to the next level.

**About the Role**

As our new Office/Practice Manager, you’ll be the heartbeat of the practice—responsible for ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, leading and supporting our team, and helping us deliver outstanding care to our community. You’ll play a key role in shaping the patient experience, championing our values, and creating a supportive, empowered workplace for both staff and patients alike.

This is a full-time position, with a roster that includes a mix of morning (from 7.30am) and evening (until 6.30pm) shifts. Flexibility and availability during these times is essential.

**What You’ll Need**:

- Previous experience in a leadership, coordination or management role (health or allied health a bonus)
- Outstanding organisational and multitasking skills
- High emotional intelligence and leadership capability
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Confidence using systems and intermediate computer skills
- Problem-solving flair and initiative
- A calm, confident and capable presence under pressure
- Willingness to take ownership and lead from the front
