We are looking for qualified Mixologists who can provide our customers & guests with an outstanding experience. The Mixologist must be able to meet all the needs of our guests while building true connections and relationships, compelling them to come back again.

**The Gig**
- Be a master multitasker. Excel in a fast-paced environment while delivering exceptional hospitality and crafting high-quality drinks for every guest.
- Create engaging guest interactions. Effortlessly strike up conversation with any and all bar guests, from first time diners to loyal regulars.
- Be a problem solver and a supportive team player. Tackle problems by using your multi-tasking and communication skills and be empowered to make decisions for you and your team members.
- Demonstrate your passion for the guest experience. Display your love for food and drink through exceptional menu and product knowledge.
- Proper shaking, mixing, and stirring techniques using required Shakers Bar Spoon,
- Extensive knowledge of the surrounding area, events, and directions to guide and enhance a guests local experience

As this will be the hottest, hip, most sought after place you will learn, develop, have fun, and wake up wanting to come to work.

**The need and non-negotiables**
- Previous experience in a Bar role in a busy is essential
- Extensive cocktail knowledge
- Brisbane Bar Management experience preferred Highly adaptable and able to perform in high-pressure service periods
- Proven ability in building effective relationships with the team
- Organisational and time management skills
- An eye for current and upcoming beverage trends to add your own ideas and creative flair when asked
