- Riding timed gallops
- Working with yearlings and young horses
- Barrier education and riding jump-outs
- Reliable and punctual
- Passionate about racing and the animal
- Demonstrate a high level of self efficacy in the workplace
- Work well as a team member.
- Represent the stable in a professional manner, both on and off the track.
