Experienced Barista

SPK KIOSK & BAR is positioned right on one of Mornington Peninsulas finest beaches, offering a casual bustling family-friendly dining.

**Your responsibilities will include**:

- You're ready to meet and greet hundreds of faces every day, and go the extra mile for your customer
- Supervising Front of House Team on either a Saturday or Sunday
- You're familiar with the fast-paced nature of hospitality
- You have experience as a barista, working with high volume orders
- You're primarily behind the espresso machine, but flexible and ready to step into different positions (iced/blended beverages, takeaway kiosk, waiting tables)
- Product knowledge of our menu and ingredients
- Monitoring front of house, including cafe dining area, cleanliness and appearance
- Taking orders, upselling and operating the Point of Sales System/ Eftpos.

**Other tasks...**
- Setting up and/or packing down the espresso machine
- Opening and/or closing the store
- Routine upkeep/cleaning of equipment (machine, grinder, Puq press, blenders, etc.)
