**About the Role**
- Position is for a Business Unit Manager Surgical
- Reporting to the Managing Director
- Complete responsibility for the marketing and sales operations of the Surgical Business unit
- P&L responsibility, supply management
- Input into the direction and creation of sales and marketing strategies

**The Successful Applicant**
- Successful completion of relevant tertiary qualifications
- science and business preferable
- Previous experience in a similar role within the Medical Device industry as a Business Unit Manager or equivalent
- A strong background in Medical Devices in Surgical products
- People management experience
- Energetic, passionate, and excited about a new challenge
- Flexible and agile in a fast-growing environment
- Ambitious and a desire to make your mark in this fast growing company
