**Salary**: Our client is a global manufacturer and technology leader in the media sector. An international brand that is providing quality media products both for the local and overseas markets is currently seeking a technician/electrical fitter to join the team.

To be considered for this role, you must have proven experience as a technician in a production line/conveyor belt Working with state-of-the-art machinery and equipment which allows producing high-quality CD's & DVD, your daily duties will include:

- Able to analyse and repair electro-mechanical packaging equipment, fixtures, and process control equipment including processors, sensors and drives including preventative maintenance, installation, service, repair, troubleshooting
- Able to provide safe and timely mechanical and electrical support
- Must be able to perform in a team environment, as well as autonomously
- Must possess and utilise effective verbal and written communications skills
- Must be able to work additional hours and flexible hours as needed, depending upon customer needs and requirements

**To be successful in the role you must have**:

- Previous experience within the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods production environment
- Electrical industrial license and Australian experience
- Qualified in both mechanical and electrical field in an industrial environment
- Well-rounded knowledge of PLC, Scada and visual inspection systems
- Must be able to work additional hours and flexible hours as needed, depending upon customer needs and requirements
