**Opportunity for a Level 1 tech support consultant to join a rapidly growing cloud consultancy offering rapid career development and growth.**

**The position**:

You will join a growing infrastructure and service desk team that provides support and expertise on impending technologies such as Microsoft 365 and Azure to Australian businesses.
**Your key experience**:
- Good understanding of microsoft office 365 & Azure.
- Experience in dealing with level 1 tech support
- Good communication skills
- Able to identify opportunities to improve client service
- Have a natural curiosity for technology and interest in cloud technologies in particular
- Ability to actively listen to customer feedback and contribute to ongoing service and product improvement.
