We are looking for a reliable individual to join our team as a **Junior or Apprentice Gardener**. This is a fantastic entry-level opportunity to learn professional horticultural skills while helping to maintain beautiful gardens across Sydney. **✔ What You’ll Do**

Your primary duties will be essential to creating and maintaining stunning outdoor spaces:

- Basic Garden Maintenance: Planting, weeding, mulching, and lawn care.
- Plant Care: Watering, basic pruning, and monitoring plant health.
- Equipment Operation: Learning to safely use basic gardening tools and equipment.
- Site Cleanup: Debris removal and keeping work areas tidy.
- Team Support: Working cooperatively with senior team members to complete tasks.

**✔ What We’re Looking For**

Must-Have Experience & Skills:

- A strong interest in horticulture (personal gardening experience is valued).
- Physical ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions and perform manual tasks.
- A positive, willing-to-learn attitude and the ability to follow instructions.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
- A valid Australian driver’s license is preferred.
