**Two postitions available**
The role of Facilities and Grounds Officer is to maintain the grounds and facilities including general maintenance of all buildings and equipment. Provide logístical support of resources and equipment to programs including set up for functions and events.
- Coordinate general maintenance and contractor visits in relation to plant and equipment, machinery, buildings and facilities. Perform general administrative duties such as obtaining quotes for goods and materials and assist in the coordination and maintenance of asset management and participate in the annual stock take. Provide logístical support of resources and equipment to programs and set ups for functions and events to both clients and staff. - Provide cleaning support of the 100-bed facility and conference and event areas. Perform manual work including brush-cutting, mowing on slopes, pruning trees and waste disposal. Maintain grounds, trees and gardens including firebreaks, feral animal, weed control, landscaping and ability to use appropriate tools, machinery and techniques to complete these tasks. Manage own workflow by negotiating priorities for work completion in consideration of the needs of other team members and provide timely, efficient service to clients.

Travel is a requirement of this position and a valid driver's licence is therefore required
