**The Company**
Troocoo are partnered with one of Australia’s leading Childcare organisations who are committed to providing the best education to children in their critical learning and development years. They are seeking a Procurement System Specialist to join the outcomes focused and collaborative Procurement team on a permanent basis.

**The Role**
Reporting into the Head of Procurement, this role will work on the implementation project of a new P2P system, Coupa. Once complete, they will transition into becoming the system SME providing administration, operational and technical support, and optimisation company wide.

Key responsibilities include:

- Making recommendations and drawing insight through the collection, analysis, and reporting of procurement information.
- Ensuring procurement activity is undertaken through preferred suppliers and maximises the value its third party spend to improve the quality of products or services received and minimise supply risk.
- System administration and support for the procurement system including managing user access/profiles, responding to team members, troubleshoot enquiries and manage to conclusion all escalated incidents with relevant systems.
- Recommending and designing system improvements that will further enhance the procurement system in collaboration with IT.
- Delivering training to all system users, as well as providing regular training sessions on various components of the procurement system.
- Work with the Business functions and Procurement team members to identify and implement new processes with suppliers where opportunities exist to improve current procurement platform content.
- Identify gaps and opportunities for process improvements and automation leveraging procurement technology (Coupa) functionality.

**Skills & Experience**
- Demonstrated competency with using a procurement/P2P system, Coupa is desirable bu not essential.
- Knowledge of current procurement and contract management related legislation and trends.
- Demonstrated commitment to customer service, continuous improvement and building good relationships with customers and suppliers.
- Experience delivering procurement training is highly desirable.
- Experience with procurement reporting and/or with Power BI.
- Strong analytical skills and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Tertiary qualifications in a related discipline such as Business is highly desirable.
