**Grounds & Maintenance Officer; Casual Role**

We’re on the lookout for a proactive and reliable** Grounds & Maintenance Officer** to help keep our holiday park looking its best and running smoothly. From lush gardens to well-kept facilities, your work will directly contribute to the experience of our guests and residents.

This is a casual position with the potential for extra hours during peak seasons; ideal for someone who enjoys variety and flexibility.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Maintain our grounds through mowing, pruning, planting, and pest control to create a welcoming outdoor space.
- Perform general repairs and upkeep across the site, including accommodation, pool areas, and equipment.
- Carry out regular WHS checks and ensure all maintenance activities are documented properly.
- Work closely with your team, respond to resident queries, and help foster a respectful, positive workplace.
- Coordinate contractor work and help maintain high standards within budget.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- A current “C” Class driver’s licence.
- Solid experience in building and grounds maintenance, with a calm and practical approach to problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude.
- Comfortable with physical tasks like lifting, bending, and using tools across varied terrain.
- Awareness of safety protocols, PPE, and safe handling of chemicals and machinery.
