**The Role**:
CDC are seeking fresh and highly motivated Private School Bus Driver’s** **to join our depot at CDC Cromer.

As a Private School Bus Driver, you will operate prestigious branded coaches and assist students in reaching their destinations and meet their commitments by providing a safe and comfortable journey.

We are currently seeking drivers interested in either casual or permanent part-time positions, who are passionate about driving and providing exceptional customer service. **Key Responsibilities**:

- Delivering a prompt, safe and reliable transport service
- Carry out pre departure checks and reporting mechanical defects
- Drive effectively and efficiently while ensuring passengers safety and comfort
- Identify, address and report unsafe or unhealthy conditions, practices or behavior in the workplace
- Maintain up to date knowledge of road laws and company policies
- The responsibility of collecting correct fares, issuing tickets and checking passes
- Accurately completing recording procedures such as daily journals, time records, customer loading data and fuel and charter records

**Skills, Attributes and Experience which are essential to succeed in this role**:

- Have or willing to obtain a Heavy Vehicle License (MR and above)
- Have or willing to obtain a NSW Bus Drivers Authority
- Have or willing to obtain a Working with Children Check
- Provide your current RMS driving history
- Knowledge and understanding of Work, Health and Safety Practices
- Prioritize safety at all times
- Have excellent customer service skills
- Have excellent communication skills
- A positive, proactive approach and be well presented at all times
- Full working rights in Australia is essential
