Due to overlapping projects we now require an experienced Site Manager/ Foreman to assist on a commercial office refurbishment projects in the western suburbs.

This is a 3 month contract with a commercial fitout contractor who has an impressive pipeline of works over the next 12 months years. Pending your performance, it is very likely that this could lead into a longer term contract or a permanent role.

Your role as a site manager/ foreman;
- Ensure a decent sized defect list is address and actioned
- Manage various subbies to ensure they safely delivered high end work
- Deal with your project team on various other tasks

To be successful you will need to have prior experience working for a commercial builder on local projects.
