Eternal Disability Care, an NDIS registered service provider, is seeking a talented and dedicated Service Manager to join our team in Tweeed Heads NSW. **Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the overall operations of our services in the designated region, ensuring compliance with NDIS guidelines and organizational standards.
- Lead and manage a team of support staff, and disability service professionals, providing guidance, training, and ongoing support.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize service delivery and achieve organizational objectives.
- Develop and implement strategies to drive growth, expand our client base, and improve service outcomes.
- Monitor and evaluate service effectiveness, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary measures.
- Ensure adherence to relevant legislative and regulatory requirements.
- Foster a positive work culture, promoting teamwork, professional development, and employee satisfaction.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience in a managerial role within the social services sector, preferably in disability services, social work, support coordination, or a related field.
- In-depth knowledge of the NDIS framework and familiarity with relevant policies and procedures.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with individuals with disabilities, families, and external stakeholders.
- Demonstrated problem-solving abilities and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Relevant qualifications in social work, disability services, or a related field (desirable).

Pay: $70,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
