Cannington, Australia I-MED Full time

The role is a **casual position** working shifts **Monday to Friday**, between **8am-5pm**.

You will be based at our South of the River clinics and will be expected to assist at our North of the River clinics from time to time.

Role Overview:
As a **Medical Receptionist**, you will be the first point of contact for our patients.

Your responsibilities will include:

- Greeting patients warmly and assisting with check-in procedures.
- Advising patients of preparation prior to relevant scans.
- Billing procedures - private, Medicare, workers compensation, and DVA.
- Collaborating with clerical and technical staff, radiologists, and referrers.

What we're looking for:
Clear verbal and written communication skills.

Strong organisational abilities to manage appointments and patient flow.

Confidence working across multiple screens and systems.

This role is to cover leave across the clinics as needed.
