Handyman

**FULL TIME / PART TIME**:
Working closely with our field services team, this role would be to assist in a range of handyman tasks required as part of our turnkey solutions to clients. We are looking for someone who has a background as either a carpenter or is confident in general remedial building works to join our Sydney based team. The role requires the individual to be experienced in general remedial works, self directed and able to work well with teams in order to satisfy customer’s expectations.

**Job Criteria**:
Applicants must meet/have the following:

- Previous experience as handyman or tradesman
- Attention to detail and tidy
- Excellent communication skills
- Well-presented and able to work with clients directly
- Ability to work in a team as well as being self-directed
- Punctual and proactive with a ‘can-do’ attitude
- Be able to oversee projects and problem solve
- Oversee contractors and staff members on projects as required
- Confident in driving large vehicles with manual transmission (Drivers licence required)
- White Card or General Induction Card (required)

**Duties and Responsibilities**

As a Handyman, some of the responsibilities you will have:

- General maintenance and repairs
- Carry out inspections and prepare quotation details
- Assist in the installation of componentry for projects with tradesman
- Remedial works including patching and painting
- General carpentry including framework, flooring and ceiling works
- General building works including concreting, tiling and waterproofing
- Assist in running storeroom/warehouse areas including stocktake
- Pickup and Drop off of materials from suppliers to sites
- Oversee building works or general maintenance completed by others
