**THE COMPANY**
We are a gold explorer and producer that is uniquely positioned to further unlock the potential of our 1200km2 land holding in the highly productive Eastern Goldfields region of Western Australia. Our operations at Davyhurst is located 120 km north-west of Kalgoorlie. We have a total mineral resource inventory of 2.00 Moz at an average grade of 2.5 g/t Au, and defined mineral reserves of 276koz at 1.9 g/t Au. Our tenements are also highly prospective for Nickel, Copper and Lithium.

**THE ROLE**
Applications are sought from experienced Mobile Plant Dump Truck Operators to join the team at Ora Banda. This role is based on a 2:1 roster with one week of nights, one week of days and is a full time permanent opportunity. **The responsibilities of this role will include**:

- Ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standards of safety and compliant to current Company policies and workplace safety and environmental regulations
- Conduct pre-start meetings as required
- Monitor safety inspections and action items to achieve deadlines
- Actively promote safety
- Conduct dump truck pre and post operational inspections and reports
- Operate machinery in line with daily project and targets required
- Work closely with excavator operator to maximise cycle times
- Work closely with dozer operator to dump material in correct locations
- Communicate road conditions as required to ensure safe road conditions are maintained
- Ensure that all activities are carried out to the highest standard of safety in accordance with Company policies, workplace safety and environmental regulations and as per manufacturer recommendations
- Complete all safety and quality documentation as per site requirements
- Contribute to pre-start and team discussions, helping to build a positive team environment

**ABOUT YOU**
To be considered for the role, you will have the following qualifications, skills and experience:

- Experience with Komatsu 785 Dump Truck Equipment
- Previous Dump Truck operator experience in an open pit environment, with preference given to those with gold mining experience
- A minimum of a manual C class driver’s licence
- HR License preferable (or higher)
- 12 months minimum experience on Dump Trucks
