**The role**
We are looking for an experienced
**Store Manager** to lead the team and deliver an incredible in-store experience for our athletes at the
**Chadstone, Uni Hill OR Moorabbin** store.
What your day to day will look like:
- Recruit, manage and mentor the store team
- Providing customers an unrivaled world-class customer service experience every day
- Representing the brand and upholding their customer service philosophy with the utmost integrity
- Maintaining a working knowledge of the fit, fabric and function details of their products
- Work with the VM team to ensure the store represents the brand
- Exceeding sales targets and maximising every opportunity
**Desired Skills & Experience**:
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Previous retail leadership experience
- Team focused
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Exceptional communication and time management skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include late nights, weekends and public holidays based on the needs of the business
