Investment Governance Analyst

Melbourne, Australia Equity Trustees Full time

We are looking for an Investment Governance Analyst to provide investment governance and oversight for superannuation investments. This will include taking an active role in the development and implementation of investment strategies and the monitoring, review and approval of investments.

**Tasks will include**:

- Provide support to the Head of Investments
- Trustee investment oversight to superannuation funds
- Assist in the maintenance and implementation of the investment governance framework
- Prepare Board and Committee investment reports
- Investment monitoring and approval
- Assist in the development and implementation of investment strategies
- Engaging with internal and external stakeholders to build strong relationships
- Contributing to high performing, engaged and committed team
- Compliance with legislative and Equity Trustees requirements

**What you'll need to succeed**:

- Significant experience in a similar role
- Thorough understanding of investment principles around financial markets
- Exceptional writing skills and experience with governance documentation
- Strong organisation skills, excellent attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
- Ability to organise and prioritise tasks and work efficiently and independently
- Relevant tertiary qualification in business, finance, legal or related field
