Have you got experience in Consumer Electronics? Have a passion for tech products and love helping customers find the perfect tech solutions? We are looking for casual staff to join Australia's only Anker store in Chadstone.
**About the Role**:
As a member of the Anker Retail Team, you’ll contribute to creating a vibrant, high-performing store environment while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your responsibilities will span across multiple areas, including front-of-house customer service, sales support, creating stellar floor displays, and back-of-house operations.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Assist in achieving sales targets and monitoring performance
- Assist managing inventory levels, stock replenishment, and loss prevention.
- Maintain store policies, procedures, and compliance with company standards.
- Ensure high levels of customer service and resolve customer issues.
- Assist with visual merchandising and store presentation.

**Requirements**:

- Experience in similar role involving consumer electronics or telecommunications.
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, with the ability to hold a strong dialogue at multiple levels
- Ability to work collaboratively in a large organization
- Strong organizational skills and a high attention to detail.
- Demonstrated passion for technology.
- Availability Monday-Sunday required
