**About the Role**

We’re seeking an **experienced Caravan Repairer/Manufacturer or Technician** to join our hands-on team.
Your day-to-day tasks will include:

- Gutting caravans for repair and refurbishment
- Internal and external repairs to vans
- Cabinetry and furniture fitting/repairs
- Window and roof repairs
- General servicing and maintenance
- Fitting accessories and components
- Working to insurance and customer specs

This is a varied role where no two days are the same — ideal for someone who’s handy, flexible, and experienced.

**About You**

To be successful in this role, you will need:
✔ Previous experience in caravan repairs or a related field
✔ Strong attention to detail
✔ The ability to read and follow instructions (verbal and technical drawings)
✔ Good communication and customer service skills
✔ A strong work ethic and the ability to work both independently and in a team
✔ Problem-solving skills and a practical mindset
