**Position Information**:
Ulladulla Public School is located on the South Coast. Ulladulla Public School has 724 students with 11% Aboriginal Background. Ulladulla Public School is a student centered, progress driven school providing a supportive environment where excellence is achievable. We have 5 Support Unit classes consisting of 1 Emotionally Disturbed (ED), 1 Intellectually Mild (IM) and 3 Multi-Category (MC) classes. and 27 mainstream classes.

**Selection Criteria**:
In addition to the general selection criteria,
1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to positively contribute by working collaboratively with staff members, the learning and support team, students, families, and external agencies.
2. Demonstrated understanding of how to engage and differentiate learning programs, curriculum, assessment and positive behaviour planning for students with special needs including mild to moderate intellectual disabilities and challenging behaviours.
3. Demonstrated ability and expertise to lead, monitor and inspire teachers and SLSO's to professionally develop in line with school based initiatives.
4. Demonstrated capacity to foster a school wide culture of inclusion and collaboration.
**General Selection Criteria**:
1. Successful teaching experience with capacity to initiate improvement in teaching, learning and classroom practice
- 2. Knowledge of curriculum, assessment and student welfare with the ability to lead and design quality, inclusive teaching and learning programs- 3. Educational leadership skills to build the capacity and manage the performance of individuals and teams- 4. Well developed communication and interpersonal skills with the capacity to build relationships and engage students, staff and parents- 5.
