As we continue to grow, we are seeking a passionate and skilled Store Manager to lead our team to success.

Position Overview:
As a Store Manager at Poked, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of our store location. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of store management, from delivering outstanding customer service to optimizing operational efficiency. We're looking for an individual with a strong background in food service and exceptional people management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Operational Excellence:

- Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, including opening and closing procedures.
- Ensure compliance with company standards, policies, and procedures.
- Monitor inventory levels, order supplies, and manage food costs.
- Implement and maintain food safety and sanitation standards.
- Customer Service:

- Lead by example in providing top-notch customer service.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Foster a customer-centric culture among staff.
- Team Leadership:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team of kitchen and front-of-house staff.
- Set performance expectations, provide feedback, and conduct regular evaluations.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Financial Management:

- Monitor sales, expenses, and profitability to achieve financial targets.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase store revenue.
- Control labor costs while maintaining excellent service.
- Quality Control:

- Ensure the consistent quality of food and beverage offerings.
- Conduct regular quality checks and address any deviations.
- Implement improvements based on customer feedback.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in a management role within the food service industry, preferably in a QSR environment.
- Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and health codes.
- Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-stress situations.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and POS systems.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a degree in hospitality or a related field is a plus.

**Salary**: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

Supplemental pay types:

- Christmas bonus
- Overtime pay
- Performance bonus

Ability to commute/relocate:

- MELBOURNE, VIC 3000: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Leadership: 1 year (preferred)
- Retail management: 1 year (preferred)
