The role of the Registered, Enrolled & Assistant Nurses works within the Mission and Mission in Action of HammondCare to ensure safe, effective and quality patient care.

**The essence of this role**:

- To work autonomously providing holistic patient care
- Work within the scope of professional nursing practice
- To be a member of the team and promote the mission and mission in action

**About you**:

- Interest or experience in Palliative Care or Rehabilitation Services.
- Cert III AIN Nursing or an undergraduate nursing student currently enrolled in RN or EN Tertiary Nursing program
- Very good communication skills are essential
- Demonstrated literacy skills - reading, writing and comprehension
- Experience in working with people of culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds
- Understanding of teamwork and knowledge of team member role
- Strong computer skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Empathy and patience
