ECMS is seeking an enthusiastic **Payroll Officer** to join the team on a **casual** basis. This customer service-orientated role will be dedicated to the accurate and efficient payment of all (nearly 1000) employees at ECMS You will be a support to the Payroll Team and be able to respond to employee queries promptly. This is a fantastic opportunity to join the learning journey in our growing organisation. **What will you do?**
- Assist the Payroll Team with the fortnightly payment of all employees.
- Assist with updates, and backpays (if required) for staff increments and classifications.
- Assist with outstanding payroll issues including, but not limited to, the backlog of reimbursement claims to the Portable Long Service Leave Scheme.
- Provide timely, customer responsive and accurate advice on simple, and at times, complex staff payroll and entitlement queries.

- Experience creating payroll reports for costing and other purposes.
- Proficient in all Microsoft systems including Excel.
