A new bakery café in Rozelle (10min from CBD) is looking for an experienced barista who can also work as an all-rounder.

This position requires you to work Mon/Tue/Wed/Sat/Sun totaling 39 hrs a week. ($28 p/h)

**On Mon/Tue/Wed, you will be working as all-rounder and on weekends you will be the main barista,** which is why the position is posted barista all-rounder.

The followings are required BARISTA responsibilities:

- Coffee machine preparation
- Adjusting and monitoring the coffee grind daily
- Take order and handle POS
- Craft and serve high quality espresso based coffee and other beverages
- Ensure all coffee equipment is cleaned and maintained regularly
- Stocktaking and restocking

The followings are ALL ROUNDER responsibilities:

- Make non-coffee drinks such as smoothie
- Make acai bowl (EASY - we use soft serve machine and just add some fruit on top)
- Heat up premade sandwiches
- Serving and clearing tables
- General cleaning duties
- Stocktaking and restocking

To be considered for this role, you need to:

- Have at least 1 year working as a barista in Australia
- Be able to engage with customers in a friendly manner

Expected start date: 09/11/24

**Job Types**: Full-time, Casual

Pay: $28.00 per hour

Expected hours: 39 per week
