**The Opportunities**
Exciting opportunities exists for experienced Test Analysts and Test Leads to form part of our Melbourne and Sydney Consulting practice. You will be required to consult to clients on Superannuation, Insurance and Wealth Management technology best practice. Your projects will include system, UAT and end to end testing across multiple platforms. In addition, prepare test plans, test scenarios and test cases. The role also includes facilitating business process re-engineering, testing data migration and inputs into solution design. Defect reporting and other testing related deliverables.

**In order to succeed in this role, you must possess**:

- 2 to 3 years’ experience in full lifecycle testing - automated and manual
- Superannuation, Banking or wealth Management industry experience
- Analytical skills
- System migration / conversion experience
- Proven ability to translate business requirements into technical testing solutions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks and plan and prioritise work accordingly.
- High level communication skills demonstrating an ability to communicate at the technical, business and personal levels.
- Experience in testing of Information Technology solutions or services
- Experience in development of test strategies, test plans, test requirements and test cases
- Experience in the analysis, classification and tracking/reporting of defects
