As one of our Store leaders, you will be responsible for the customer and team member experience in your store. Together with your team, you’ll build long-term relationships with your customers and your community through providing honest advice, delivering high-quality work and ensuring your stores performance remains consistent. In addition you will be responsible for allocating jobs, managing workflow to maximise productivity and providing technical training to all team members.

**Requirements**:

- Valid Australian drivers licence
- Certificate 3 in Automotive Technician (Light)
- Valid Motor Vehicle Tradesperson Certificate (MVTC)
- 2-3 years previous experience in a management or leadership role or as a senior tech/2IC
- Availability to work a minimum of every second Saturday
- Vast mechanical/tyre knowledge across a range of vehicle brands and types
