We have a fantastic opportunity for a motivated person with exceptional customer service skills to join our team as an Optical Assistant on a Part Time basis in our newly renovated practice
**Description**:

- Clear working hours Monday 9am-5pm, Thurs 2pm-7pm, Friday 10am-3pm. Sat 9am-4:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist patients in a friendly and professional manner
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records
- Assist with frame selection and fittings
- Handle administrative tasks, including billing and inventory management
- Provide exceptional customer service and address patient inquiries
- Maintain a clean and organised work environment
- Create and post engaging social media content
**Skills and Experiences**:
About you
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, both in person and over the phone
- Cert IV dispensing qualification desired but not essential
- Passion to help others
- Ability to work independently and as a part of a team
