As our Configuration Officer, you will work to support the Landing Helicopter Dock (LHD) Asset Class Prime Contractor (ACPC) Program. Working alongside the Configuration Management team in Garden Island, you’ll be supported and given the opportunity to develop your career as well as support other projects.

**Key responsibilities will include**:

- Provide weekly reports to the ACPC Configuration Manager
- Maintain and update Configuration Management Tool - Unified (CMT-U) database, SharePoint CM fields and CM files to be accurate and up to date;
- Provides CM support and advice to the Project Engineering team within the SEA2048 Phase 6 framework;
- Assists with the organisation of the meetings, including agenda preparation and documenting minutes, and records decisions in the Electronic Records Management System (ERMS).

**About you**

You’ve got demonstrated knowledge of Configuration Management processes and requirements, as well as experience with systems engineering standards and processes. You have excellent internal and external stakeholder communication skills and are ready to use this in a rewarding role. You hold an engineering degree, or have relevant engineering configuration management experience in the defence industry.
