This casual role would suit a high calibre individual with excellent people skills, a love of customer service and a pragmatic "can-do" approach.

**Key responsibilities of this rewarding role include**:

- Greeting and assisting visitors as they come through our display homes
- Providing exceptional customer service
- Ensuring display homes are presented immaculately
- Answering and assisting visitor queries
- Distributing marketing collateral
- Generating leads by collecting contact details

The person we are seeking is a bright, energetic self-starter with the ability to work under mínimal supervision. You must have the ability to respond quickly and professionally to new and changing situations. You will also have demonstrated skills in taking the initiative, prioritising and multi-tasking in a fast-moving environment.

- Highly developed written and verbal communication skills
- Problem-solving and negotiation skills
- The ability to remain calm under pressure
- Have excellent organisational and time management skills
- A high level of motivation and ability to think outside of the square
- The ability to work autonomously and in a team
- Previous retail experience, whilst not essential, would be viewed favourably
- A current driver’s license and reliable vehicle are essential

This casual role would suit someone who has a flexible work schedule and can be available to work weekends, sometimes on short notice.
