Job Overview:
We’re looking for a motivated and tech-savvy Appointment Setter to join our team. In this role, you’ll work to build customer relationships, qualify leads, and schedule appointments that connect potential clients with our sales team. Your goal is to meet and exceed weekly targets, helping us drive growth and engage customers who may benefit from our offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Build rapport with potential clients, understand their needs, and qualify them for appointments with our sales team.
Maintain and update accurate records of all customer interactions in HubSpot.
Manage scheduling and calendar invites through Calendly, ensuring all appointment details are properly organized.
Meet and exceed weekly appointment-setting targets.
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to refine outreach strategies and optimize customer interactions.
Provide feedback and insights on lead quality and customer responses to help improve engagement strategies.
Qualifications:
Experience: At least 1 year in a customer relations, telemarketing, or appointment-setting role.
Tech Savvy: Comfortable with CRM platforms like HubSpot, scheduling tools like Calendly, and other online communication tools.
Skills: Strong communication and active listening skills with a friendly, positive attitude.
Driven: A go-getter mindset with a strong focus on meeting goals and achieving targets.
Learning-Oriented: Willingness to learn and adapt, with a commitment to enhancing skills and gaining product knowledge.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with HubSpot and Calendly.
Proven track record in achieving or exceeding appointment-setting goals.

Pay: $60,000.00 per year
Schedule:
