**About the role**
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and highly organised
**Laboratory Administrator** to join our Laboratory Division, located in our Archerfield Office in a
**permanent,**
**full-time** capacity.
This role will be required to professionally maintain the laboratory database and provide administrative support to the Manager and the Business Unit in an efficient manner.
Reporting to the
- Condition Monitoring Supervisor, _other duties will include:
- Data entry and other database maintenance is performed accurately and timely
- Handle customer enquires in a professional and efficient manner.
- Prepare reports as directed for distribution
- Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing correspondence and initiate follow up actions where necessary
- Perform general administration tasks, e.g. mailing, scanning, laminating, binding, stock control
**About You**
You will bring the following skills and experience to the role:
- Minimum three years’ experience in a similar administrative role
- Minimum six months experience as a data entry clerk
- Excellent computer knowledge, working with Microsoft Office, systems and data bases
- Demonstrated high speed and accuracy in data entry or typing
- Proven stakeholder and customer engagement with a high degree of confidentiality, professionalism and confidence highly advantageous
- Minimum Certificate III in Business Administration or similar qualification would be desirable
