Part time position

**Must have dental experience or allied health.**

Greet & exit patients.
- Answer the telephone and be able to handle all types of dental related enquirers.
- Communicate patients issues to the dentist.
- Positive attitude
- A high level of initiative and motivation
- Knowledge of dental terminology
- Knowledge of D4W preferred
- flexible
- good explanation of treatment plans to pt
- must be able to report to General manager
- lead the dental team

- Dental Experience

- Experience with dental software
- Strong attention to detail
- Excellent time management & organizational skills
- Excellent communicator
- Memory for faces and names
- Confident, outgoing and friendly with a 'can do' attitude
- Takes ownership of work
- Providing exceptional customer service,
- Can lead a team

**Job Type**: Part-time

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Dental reception: 3 years (preferred)
- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
