**About Us**

Termico Pest Management is part of the Termico Group, an independent, Western Australian owned company carrying out a wide variety of specialised home and building services. The Termico group was established in 1996 and services the Perth metropolitan as well as selected regional areas.

**Our Traineeship**

Termico provides traineeships, widely recognised as the best in the industry, that combine practical on the job training with in house classroom tuition. This provides an opportunity for people new to the industry to gain the necessary qualification & licensing requirements while being paid a full time wage.

The Course works to obtain a Cert III in Pest Management and is delivered in our own dedicated training room by our own dedicated training manager who will guide you every step of the way. The traineeship is accredited by TAFE & over seen by ApprentiCentre to ensure a nationally recognised qualification.

Fully supervised training is provided initially, while learners progress to a Provisional license and eventually to a full license issued by the Pesticide Safety Division of the Heath Dept.

Ongoing training duration of about 10-12 months is expected to be qualified for a full Cert III - Pest Management Technicians License.

**The Position**

All our technicians are trained to the highest level and provided with:

- Permanent Full time Position
- _You dont have to go to TAFE-_ Full class room training provided and paid for by Termico Pest Management
- A fully maintained vehicle and fuel card
- Uniform, PPEs, ipad, work mobile
- Advanced reporting system and equipment
- Daily work scheduled by the Office
- Optional Saturday roster to earn additional income
- Starting at $52,0000 basic for trainees
- **NP: Inviting applicants from all suburbs in Perth. Although you would be closely interacting with our Office in Malaga, coming to the office is not a daily requirement.**_

**Responsibilities & Requirements**:
You will be responsible for conducting pest inspections and treatments to residential and commercial properties, in accordance with Regulatory Standards and company policy & procedures. _May have to access roof space for treatments._

The following are essential for all applicants:

- Current manual driver’s license
- Excellent interpersonal &communication skills
- Punctual & Reliable
- Able to work efficiently unsupervised
- Health and Safety Conscious
- Have a can do attitude showing flexibility and adaptability
- Basic IT skills
- _Labour background preferred_
- _Consent to go through Pre-Employment medical, Workers Comp & Police Clearance_
- _Ability to commit to completing the Cert III_

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From $52,000.00 per year
