**The Responsibilities**
As the Local Area & Activation Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for both activating national campaigns at a local level, working closely with franchisee groups as well as bringing national partnerships to life to build brand exposure and drive revenue where relevant. Key responsibilities include:

- Lead the planning and execution of the marketing activation calendar
- Work with existing partners to activate, lead and leverage relationships to drive new customer growth and retention.
- Identify new partnership opportunities to expose the brand to relevant existing and new audiences to drive sales growth.
- Oversee the planning and execution of all print activity to leverage major national campaigns. In the process work closely with third party vendors in both Australia & NZ.
- Activate national campaigns at a local level working with individual states and markets utilising a mix of on and offline channels.
- Develop local store marketing toolkits and guidelines for franchisees.
- Develop and implement local area marketing software tools to assist with marketing automation and reporting.
- Build relationships with franchisees to support their sales and customer growth objectives.
- Work closely with internal data and analytics teams to provide post campaign analysis and recommendation for future activity.

**The Experience Required**
We are looking for someone ideally tertiary qualified (or if not, qualified by experience) and spent 3-4 years in local area marketing or brand roles. You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with the ability to manage and work with multiple internal and external stakeholders.

This role will also require someone who has demonstrated experience in activating and leveraging third party partnerships with strong project management skills and budget management.
