**Osborne Park Volkswagen **is currently seeking an automotive
**Part Time Receptionist** with great attention to detail and amazing organisational skills to join our dynamic team on a 6-month maternity cover with a possible extension.

Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for providing assistance to incoming telephone callers by determining the purpose of calls and forwarding calls/visitors to the appropriate personnel or department.

Please note that this position is for a 6-month maternity cover with a possible extension of 12 months cover.

**This includes**:

- Answering the phone promptly with a courteous and understanding manner
- Welcome all on-site visitors and direct them to the appropriate personnel
- Recording and forwarding phone messages and queries
- General administration duties and housekeeping
- General admin tasks that include data entry

**About you**:
If you are someone with brilliant organisational skills, exceptional customer service skills and have a positive ‘can do’ attitude, we are looking for you

You will ideally possess:

- Professional phone manner
- Ability to manage multiple tasks at once
- Excellent attention to detail
- Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Office
