The role

We are looking for a dynamic Retail Operations leader to spearhead strategic planning and tactical execution to elevate customer delivery and in-store performance. This is more than an operational role; it's a strategic opportunity to shape the future of our retail experience.

What you’ll bring

- Proven experience in leading complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives with a clear focus on execution and outcomes.
- Extensive experience in retail operations, leading and accelerating key programs of work.
- Strong business acumen and the ability to translate strategy into practical, scalable programs that enhance performance and customer experience.
- Influential leadership skills, capable of engaging senior stakeholders and driving alignment across diverse teams.
- A track record of building and nurturing high-performing teams, with a focus on capability development and operational excellence.
- A pragmatic mindset, able to navigate ambiguity and deliver results in fast-paced, customer-centric environments.

Bonus points if you have

- Experience in chapter or squad-based agile organisations
- Continuous improvement, change or process certifications.
