**The Role**

Working alongside a passionate team, you will have shared responsibility for producing premium items for our loyal customers. You will:

- Be exceptionally creative and have a genuine passion for food
- Have a hands-on approach, helping with the maintenance of stock levels within the store, and rotating stock and orders
- Demonstrate ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships both internally and externally
- Keep a clean and organized workspace whilst adhering to our O&WHS and Food Safety guidelines
- Have Experience in cake decorating and pastry work
- Have Knowledge of fondant and truffle (preferred but not essential)
- Be able to work effectively in a high-volume environment

- Proven experience in a similar role is advantageous for success
- Flexibility to work a rotating schedule, including weekends, holidays, and seasonal periods
- Demonstrates integrity, honesty, teamwork, and genuine concern for others
- Work effectively with others to ensure our customers have access to the best of the best and keep coming back for more
- Must be able to prioritize your day-to-day work, show initiative and enthusiasm
- Have great problem-solving skills and be able to think outside the box
- Be with us on the journey by sharing your ideas, listening to others, and assisting the brand to grow into the best food emporium in Australia
