Melbourne Hand Therapy has provided dedicated care to the treatment of upper limb conditions for the previous 30 years. We are a progressive practice delivering excellent patient outcomes in a very supportive team environment. Our therapists work closely with a team of Upper Limb Plastic and Orthopaedic Surgeons, Rheumatologists and GP's. We pride ourselves on having a stable team of therapists who work over clinics across the city** **and eastern suburbs of Melbourne, all with post graduate studies and using the latest assessment and treatment equipment.

**The role**

The position provides a Physiotherapist with the opportunity to join a busy practice of highly skilled, supportive therapists and efficient administration staff. The position is perfectly suited to a therapist wanting to develop their skills and specialise in the area of hand and upper limb rehabilitation.

The blend of responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

- Treatment of post-operative hand and upper limb conditions
- Consultancy service to GP's to assist with best practice of hand and upper limb conditions
- Working effectively and efficiently, directly with leading hand and upper limb Orthopaedic Surgeons, Plastic Surgeons and Rheumatologists
- Working along side experienced Hand Therapy clinicians

**Requirements**:
**About you**
- Physiotherapy degree
- AHPRA registration
- Minimum one year of clinical experience preferred but not essential
- Exceptional eye for detail, organisational and time keeping skills
- Excellent communication skills and high standards of responsive patient care
- Drive to pursue all opportunities for professional development
