Dental Technician

Werner Sauer Smile Design is expanding our team and are searching for a motivated person to fill the role of Dental Technician at our Bowen Hills Laboratory.

The role will include, but not limited to: Manufacturing dental prosthesis according to Dentist Rx, through all steps of the process from model preparation (fitting), waxup design, fit and stain/layer.

Qualifications:

- Diploma of Dental Technology or equivalent

**Experience**:

- 5+ years experience in crown and bridge - crowns, implants, veneers - staining and layering, pfm, gold crowns
- Experience with All on 4 restorations and Feldspathic veneers an advantage, but not essential

Skills/Attributes:

- Proficient with larger rehabilitation and aesthetic cases, including implants
- Proficient with Zirconia restorations and Pressed porcelain - both stained and layered
- Artistic ability to produce highly aesthetic restorations
- Able to work in a team environment
- High standard of accuracy and attention to detail
- Good communication skills
- Ability to develop good working relationships with clients
- Ability to work to deadlines
- Desire to produce quality, functional and aesthetically pleasing restorations
- Motivated and eager to learn
- Enthusiastic attitude
- Fluent in English written and spoken

Pay: $90,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
